SpeedBox1 for Brose Specialized is a revolutionary process-control module which  suppresses the speed limiter of your electric bike. When the tuning device is active, the speed of the electric bike is correctly displayed up to a speed of 22 km/h. When speeds over 22 km/h are achieved the speed indicator constantly shows 22 km/h.

Please note that the operation of such modified electric bikes on public roads may be against the law in some countries. The manufacturer takes no responsibility for damages resulting from the use of SpeedBox1 or SpeedBox2 products. It is not allowed to use electric bikes equipped with the SpeedBox1 or SpeedBox2 products on public roads, bike paths and in public places. Electric bikes equipped with SpeedBox1 or SpeedBox2 products can be used exclusively on one's own property and entirely at one's own risk. Using SpeedBox1 and/or SpeedBox2 may void the warranty of your ebike.

Hello Speedbox.
How about newer Firmware in 2019 Turbo Levo (where the wheel circumference change has been prevented). TCU Firmware is then 2.026 and mission control shows this as 1A.B.0. Will Speedbox still work?

Hello Toni, I honestly don't know. However, we have no problems with the SpeedBox for Brose Specialized. Nobody reported any problem yet.

Hello, wanna know if you already try this with and Turbo Levo Hard Tail 29' 2019. Thanks

SpeedBox for Brose Specialized is compatible with all the Specialized eBikes.

Yes the new Vado 2020 with TCD (Turbo Connect Display).

Thanky you and kind regards,

I regret to inform you we have not tested that yet.

SpeedBox for Brose Specialized was developed on Turbo LEVO 2019.

It's compatible with all Specialized eBikes so far though.

It may work even with 2020 eBike but I can not really promise that.

Hi. Will it work for a Specialized Turbo Vado 4.0 Model 2020? Are there any plans for releasing a Speedbox 2 for Brose Specialized?

Jiří Voldán (Sales Manager)Administrator |

Hello, excuse me but do you actually have 2020 VADO?
