Key features

SpeedBox 1.2 is a basic tuning kit for e-bikes with Bafang motors with a 3 pin connector, compatible with motors using the UART and CAN protocol. It doubles the speed limit from the original 25 km/h to 50 km/h. You can check the number of pins in your connector on the image in the Printed manual section below. The display shows the actual speed up to 23 km/h, as well as your trip and other ride data.

Tuning control

You activate the tuning directly on the e-bike's control unit. After pressing the LIGHT button, the active lights icon will briefly appear on the display and from that moment on you can ride at a speed of up to 50 km/h.
You deactivate the tuning by pressing the LIGHT button again.

By attaching the Light cable for Bafang, you can use SpeedBox and your lights at the same time.
