User manual →Riding and stopping recommendations
- Leave the e-bike on after every ride until the display permanently shows 0.0 km/h (kilometre countdown).
- During short stops, keep one foot on the pedal so the countdown does not start.
- During longer stops, allow at least a partial countdown to complete.
- Do not disconnect the display before the countdown is finished.
- Do not perform firmware updates — disable automatic updates.
- Always activate/deactivate the tuning when stationary, never while riding.
- On a brand-new bike, ride at least 10 km before activating the tuning for the first time.
